Solise Ubon Resources is a growing hospitality management company based in Singapore and Bali, Indonesia focused on creating exceptional hospitality experiences through wellness, dining, personalized service, and destination driven resort concepts.
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced individual to join our team as Head Chef in our new and interesting concept restaurant.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation
Develop creative and high quality menus
Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and hygiene standards
Manage kitchen staff scheduling, training, and supervision
Monitor food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards
Collaborate with management on dining concepts and special events
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3-5 years experience in a similar role
Experience in hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant preferred
Strong leadership and kitchen management skills
Creative mindset with passion for culinary excellence
Good understanding of food costing and inventory control
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
