We're seeking a friendly and welcoming Guest Service Attendant to join our team in the lobby. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience. You'll greet guests, provide information about our facilities and services, and ensure that every interaction is exceptional.

Job Description:

- Greet guests warmly and welcome them to our establishment

- Provide information about our facilities and services, including amenities, dining options, and activities

- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional and courteous manner

- Offer assistance and directions to guests as needed

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Friendly and approachable demeanor

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

- Basic knowledge of our facilities and services (training will be provided)

- Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends

- High school diploma or equivalent required
