Job description for Guest Service Assistant at Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa


Kualifikasi pekerjaan:

Puri Wulandari A Boutique Resort & Spa sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Guest Service Assistant di Kedewatan, Bali. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

  • Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  2. Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
  4. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  5. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
  6. Answer phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  7. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness and guest requests are fulfilled.
  8. Process payments and manage guest accounts accurately.
  9. Maintain knowledge of room availability and hotel occupancy.
  10. Assist in reservations and managing room inventory.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety and security procedures.
  12. Provide personalized service to VIP and returning guests.
  13. Uphold the company's customer service standards and policies.

Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality or a related field is a plus.
  2. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a front desk role is preferred.
  3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems, including reservation and property management software.
  5. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle various guest personalities.
  6. Problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns effectively.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information.
  9. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  10. Positive attitude and a team player mentality.
  11. Professional appearance and demeanor.
  12. Multilingual skills may be advantageous, depending on the location and guest demographics.
