About the role

We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Adiwana Warnakali Nusa Penida' in Nusa Penida, Bali. This is a contract role that will involve providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to ensure our visitors have a memorable stay.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests warmly and promptly upon arrival and departure

Checking guests in and out efficiently and with a high level of customer service

Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner

Providing information about the hotel's facilities, local attractions and activities

Assisting guests with luggage, transportation and other concierge services as needed

Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organisation in the front office area

Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure guest needs are met

Adhering to all hotel policies, procedures and safety standards

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a guest-facing role, ideally in the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service

Familiarity with hotel front office operations and procedures

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Able to drive will be prefer

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and guest needs

Passion for hospitality and a genuine desire to create memorable guest experiences
