Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
Assist with check-in and check-out processes when necessary.
Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly, courteously, and effectively.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the organization’s products, services, and promotions.
Coordinate with different departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Reservations, etc.) to ensure guest needs are met.
Prepare and maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback.
Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance or information proactively.
Manage VIP and special guest arrangements, ensuring personalized service.
Follow up on guest feedback and work with management to improve service quality.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle reservations, bookings, and confirmations as required.
Prepare daily reports on guest interactions and service issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service (1–3 years).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
Multilingual skills are an advantage.
