- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per bulan
Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests during check-in, stay, and check-out.
Communicate with guests before arrival to confirm details and preferences.
Handle inquiries, special requests, and complaints professionally, ensuring timely follow-up.
Arrange transport, activities, and provide local recommendations.
Coordinate with Villa Supervisors and Maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction.
Monitor VIP guests / Owners and special occasions with extra attention to detail.
Maintain accurate guest records and prepare daily arrival/stay/departure reports.
Support front-of-house operations during busy periods.
Promote villa services and packages.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Position Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or hospitality operations preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality/tourism degree is an advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Professional appearance, positive demeanor, and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Customer-oriented, attention to details and excellent time management skills.
