Job description
Requirements :
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Ability to create strategies to achieve sales targets.
Demonstrates great attitude and high integrity.
Customer-oriented with strong communication skills.
Able to work well in a team and has strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities :
Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, creating an elegant and memorable first impression.
Ensure the best guest experience by closely coordinating with servers and the entire service team.
Handle guest complaints calmly, quickly, and effectively to restore guest satisfaction.
Provide upselling training to staff so the team can naturally and effectively offer menu items or products.
Conduct second-visit table checks together with the Manager to ensure guests feel personally attended to and receive the highest service quality.
Deliver warm and memorable farewell greetings to guests, leaving them with a positive lasting impression.
