Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Public Relations, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Guest Relation Officer, Front Office staff, or similar position in a hotel or resort environment is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, friendly, and professional personality.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional foreign languages are a strong advantage.

Strong problem-solving and conflict-handling skills with a guest-oriented mindset.

Well-groomed, confident, and presentable appearance.

Able to handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and empathy.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

High attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.

Computer literate and familiar with hotel systems (VHP knowledge is a plus).

Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.

A team player with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

Culturally sensitive and able to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
