In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as managing communications through Airbnb and WhatsApp. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that each guest receives an exceptional experience during their stay at our beautiful villas

Qualifications:

• Minimum education: High school (preferably in hospitality or tourism).

• Experience in guest relation officer or hospitality.

• Strong communication skills in English and Indonesian.

• Professional and neat appearance.

• Excellent interpersonal skills; friendly and polite.

• Customer-oriented with a focus on guest satisfaction and needs.

• Ability to manage time and handle multiple tasks.

• Strong problem-solvingskills.
