- Rabu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Kamis: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Jum'at: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp3,380,000 per bulan
Minimum 1 years of work experience in guest relations, customer service, or related fields.
Ability to provide excellent service and ensure guest satisfaction, ability to handle guest complaints and issues, and ability to communicate effectively with guests and resort staff.
Proficient in using the VHP system and other technologies.
Skilled in providing recommendations and solutions to guests.
Friendly, patient, and professional in serving guests. Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations. Ability to prioritize guest needs and ensure their satisfaction.
Good command of English, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
Knowledge of the resort, its facilities, and the services offered.
