Guest Relation Manager - Surf Camp
About the Role:
This full-time, on-site position at a surf camp in Bali requires a highly motivated individual with strong guest service and communication skills. The Guest Relation Manager will be the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from arrival to departure. This role requires a proactive approach to guest needs, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Guest Experience:
lCreate a welcoming and positive atmosphere for all guests.
lManage guest check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
lAddress guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
lResolve guest complaints and issues effectively, demonstrating strong conflict resolution skills.
lProactively anticipate guest needs and preferences, providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
lMonitor and manage the guest experience, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
lProvide information about the surf camp's facilities, services, and local attractions.
lCoordination and Communication:
lServe as the primary point of contact for guest communication, both in person and through various channels (phone, email, messaging apps).
lCollaborate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, surf instructors, kitchen staff) to address guest needs and ensure seamless service delivery.
lCommunicate effectively with management regarding guest feedback, issues, and operational needs.
lMaintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
2.Surf Camp Specifics:
lCoordinate surf lessons, activities, and transportation.
lProvide information about surf conditions, safety guidelines, and local surf spots.
lAssist with the organization of social events and activities for guests.
3.General Operations:
lSupport the management team with guest-related reports and feedback.
lAssist with administrative tasks as needed.
lMaintain a clean and organized work environment.
lContribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
4.Requirements:
lAble to speak English

lCommunication & customer service skills
lPassion and knowledge of surfwill be an advantage points
lProfessional appearance and attitude
lExperience in Front Office area and know how to manage reservation & bookings
lExperience to manage a team and able to manage the schedule
lSites are located in Canggu area, Bali
