We are seeking a Guest Relations Executive to handle guest concerns with professionalism and care. The role involves meeting guests directly, listening to their issues, and ensuring they feel valued and comfortable. You will also be responsible for recording complaints, resolving them efficiently, and working to reduce similar issues in the future.

Key Responsibilities

-Meet guests personally to address complaints and ensure they feel heard.

-Handle concerns with empathy, professionalism, and a positive attitude.

-Maintain clear records of all complaints and resolutions.

-Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

-Identify recurring concerns and recommend improvements to reduce complaints.

Requirements

-Experience in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service preferred.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional in difficult situations.

-Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent guest service.
