Job Summary:
We are seeking a service-oriented Concierge to support guest arrivals, departures, and day-to-day concierge operations. This role plays an important part in creating a warm first and last impression by assisting with luggage, guest escorting, transportation support, and general guest assistance, while ensuring all public-facing concierge areas remain organized and guest ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly upon arrival and departure, offering assistance in a courteous and professional manner.
Handle luggage, parcels, and guest items accurately and efficiently, including storage, tagging, tracking, and retrieval.
Guide guests to rooms and hotel facilities when required.
Assist with basic directions, transportation coordination, and general local information.
Maintain the readiness of the entrance, lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
Support Concierge, Front Office, and Butler teams to ensure smooth guest movement and service delivery.
Respond promptly to guest requests within assigned scope and escalate more complex matters when required.
Ensure equipment, trolleys, and operational tools are clean, functional, and properly stored.
Uphold grooming, etiquette, and brand standards at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year experience in bell or guest service roles.
Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude.
Knowledge of hotel systems and concierge procedures is a plus.
