We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Guest Experience Officer to join our team at SIKI. As a Guest Experience Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive exceptional service and have a memorable experience throughout their visit. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, handling inquiries, and addressing any concerns to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and special requests.

Provide detailed information about services, menus, and promotions.

Address guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive resolution.

Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively gather feedback to improve service quality.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Maintain an organized and efficient front desk area.

Assist in organizing events or special activities to enhance guest engagement.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic personality.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
