Join Alfred in Bali villa management and marketing. We are dedicated to offering exceptional guest experiences and upholding the highest standards of service. We're seeking a passionate, organized, and Guest Experience Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with guests before and during their stay via chat, calls, or in person to understand their needs and preferences.
Proactively upsell activities and services from our existing portfolio — creating tailored experiences for each guest.
Maintain strong knowledge of Alfred’s villa portfolio, activities, and services to confidently make recommendations.
Prepare simple reports to keep activity bookings, upsell performance, and guest requests accurately recorded.
Ensure clear communication with operations and concierge teams to deliver smooth and timely guest experiences.
General Qualifications
Hospitality experience: At least 1 year in guest relations, front office, concierge, or a similar role.
People skills: Friendly, approachable, and confident in speaking with guests.
Upselling ability: Comfortable recommending and promoting activities in a way that feels natural and helpful.
Organization: Able to keep records updated and report numbers accurately.
Language skills: Fluent in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a plus.
Local knowledge: Familiarity with Bali activities, destinations, and guest expectations is highly valued.
