Requirements:

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva and CapCut or After Effects.

Good sense of minimalist product branding. Understand form, proportion, minimalism—matches Luxmenn style

Photo/Video editing, not pro-level, but able to clean up photos and crop reels

1-2 years of experience preferred, but fresh grads with a strong portfolio is are welcome

Able to work independently and take initiative

Able to follow a brand style, meet deadlines and keep things tidy in the system

Familiar with printing processes and basic file setup

Portfolio required — please include a link

Nice to Have:

Experience in product brands, especially lighting / interior design

Interest in photography or product styling

Familiarity with Shopee/Tokopedia image standards

Objective :

Digital and Social Content

Create regular Instagram posts, stories, reels, highlights etc. mirror to Tiktok

Design Marketplace (Shopee, Tokopedia, etc) banners, LIVE backgrounds, product listing layouts, iconography

Visuals for ads (Google, Meta, Tiktok)

Maintain a consistent grid/feed theme

Coordinate with a photographer/ editor and improve output quality as needed (direct short videos, brainstorm new product layout)

Document events (ARCH:ID, Grand Openings, Talks, etc) as needed

Brand Identity and Marketing Collateral

Maintain and evolve the Luxmenn visual identity (logo refinement, brand manual, typography and colors)

Catalogues, brochures, and pricing lists, dealer materials

Design and update the company profile/brand deck (for clients, vendors and exhibitions)

Create presentation materials for sales, collaborations, events or investor talks

Collaborate on booth or offline event visuals (posters, banners, backdrops) & support press kits or promotional giveaways (sticker sheets, tote designs, gimmick designs, etc)

Packaging layouts and Marketing Print Materials

Assist with dielines, label layouts, box and manual designs

Coordinate with vendors to ensure print readiness and resolution

Help visualize new product ideas or feature diagrams

Internal Tools & Templates

Create internal-use design files : Invoice, Quotation Templates, Slide Decks, Packaging Stickers

Keep all files backed up and organized for internal use

Periodically update a brand manual or design guide
