General Manager Logistics MDS Retailing Tbk., one of Indonesia’s leading fashion retailers, is seeking a strategic logistics leader to drive the transformation of our end-to-end supply chain and distribution operations. Reporting directly to the Director, this role will lead logistics strategy, strengthen omnichannel capabilities, and optimize nationwide distribution networks to support business growth across retail stores and e-commerce channels. Based in Balaraja, Tangerang, this position requires strong experience in large-scale retail, FMCG, fashion, or omnichannel supply chain environments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute logistics and distribution strategies aligned with business growth and operational excellence. Lead end-to-end logistics operations across warehousing, distribution, transportation, replenishment, omnichannel fulfillment, and inventory optimization to ensure speed, accuracy, service level, and cost efficiency. Lead partnerships with 3PLs, couriers, and logistics vendors to drive supply chain agility and operational performance. Lead continuous improvement, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, including WMS and fulfillment systems enhancement. Collaborate closely with Merchandising, Store Operations, and Digital teams to align supply chain capabilities with business demand. Build a high-performing logistics organization and provide strategic recommendations to senior management regarding network optimization, logistics investment, capacity planning, and operational scalability. Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus), with minimum 12 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management within retail, fashion, FMCG, or omnichannel environments. Proven track record in leading large-scale distribution center and nationwide logistics operations, including omnichannel fulfillment and inventory optimization. Strong understanding of omnichannel fulfillment, inventory optimization, replenishment strategy, and high-SKU complexity environments. Strong strategic leadership, business acumen, stakeholder management, and transformation experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution. Experience managing large internal teams and external logistics partners/3PL ecosystem. Willing to be based in Balaraja, Tangerang.
