- Responsible for supporting in generating profitable growth with existing customer base and identifying new opportunities.
Job Description
- Building and maintains strong relationships with a specific group of customers; responsible for issuing sales quotes, customer inquiry, goods expedite, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining customer relationship, especially in high-pressure or ambiguous situations.
- Creates sales strategies for accounts with insight details.
- Increases understanding of customer accounts, particularly around the customer’s business strategy, purchasing behavior, decision-makers, barriers, and competition.
- Assesses competitor activity and ensure appropriate response to set customer accounts.
- Supporting global sites on daily basis & quarterly negotiations preparation
- Travel as needed to customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
About You:
- Education: Bachelor or university degree
- Two to five years of experience
- Knowledge of sales
- Experience with global manufacturing companies preferred
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
