About the Company
The People Advisor will support day-to-day HR operations and act as a key point of contact for employees and line managers. This role works closely with business units to ensure smooth execution of HR processes and to support employee-related matters. This is a hands-on, operational role, suited for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and working closely with stakeholders on day-to-day HR matters, with guidance from the People Partner.
Responsibilities
HR Operations & Business Support
Work closely with business units to support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes
Coordinate onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding activities
Provide first-level HR support and respond to employee queries on policies and procedures
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems
Support recruitment coordination, including interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups
Performance Management
Support the administration of the annual performance review cycle
Track submissions and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion
Assist in compiling performance data and preparing reports
Support increment and promotion processes from an administrative perspective
Employee Relations & Compliance
Support employee relations matters, including handling basic queries and documentation
Work closely with stakeholders to coordinate and follow up on employee-related matters
Escalate more complex cases to the People Partner when required
Ensure HR processes are in line with company policies and Singapore employment regulations
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and internal guidelines
Training & Development
Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records
Support managers in tracking employee development needs
General HR Support
Provide administrative and operational support for HR initiatives and projects
Assist with any other ad-hoc HR duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
2-4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations or generalist roles
Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with HRIS systems is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office
