Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our gardens and outdoor spaces. The ideal candidate will be passionate about plants, landscaping, and working outdoors, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

Perform general garden maintenance including planting, watering, weeding, pruning, mowing, and trimming.

Monitor the health of plants and trees, and report any issues such as pests or diseases.

Maintain cleanliness and order in garden areas.

Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment.

Assist in landscaping projects and seasonal garden planning.

Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other treatments when necessary (with proper safety measures).

Follow scheduled maintenance routines and complete tasks on time.

Ensure the garden aligns with the overall aesthetic and functional goals of the property.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a gardener or in a similar role.

Knowledge of local plants, flowers, and trees, including their care and maintenance.

Ability to operate and maintain gardening tools and machinery (e.g., lawn mowers, hedge trimmers, irrigation systems).

Basic understanding of pest control and fertilization methods.

Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Good time management and attention to detail.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Certification in horticulture or landscaping is a plus.
