The Gardener is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, health, and aesthetics of all outdoor green spaces. This role ensures that gardens, lawns, and plants are well-cared for and thrive in harmony with the peaceful and natural ambiance of the environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and care for all plants, flowers, trees, and landscape areas.

Perform regular watering, pruning, trimming, weeding, mulching, and pest control.

Plant new flowers, trees, or shrubs as directed, following seasonal planning.

Mow and edge lawns, sweep garden paths, and remove fallen leaves or debris.

Monitor plant health and report signs of disease, pest infestations, or damage.

Maintain gardening tools and equipment in good working condition.

Collaborate with the housekeeping or facilities team for cleanliness and aesthetics.

Support setup for special events when outdoor arrangements are required.

Adhere to safety and sustainability guidelines in all gardening practices.

Qualifications

Minimum junior high school (SMA) education or equivalent.

Experience in gardening, landscaping, or plant care preferred.

Basic knowledge of plant types, soil, fertilizers, and pest management.

Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Honest, responsible, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Passion for nature, sustainability, and beautifying the environment.

Work Schedule

Full-time, based on operational needs.

May include weekend or holiday duties during retreat sessions or special events.
