VCUS Furniture is a Singapore-based furniture supplier specializing in office furniture, sofas, and custom-made furniture solutions for corporate clients.

We provide furniture for offices, commercial spaces, and projects, working closely with interior designers, contractors, and corporate buyers. Our business focuses on B2B supply, project coordination, and customized furniture solutions rather than retail sales.

Our office, showroom, and production coordination team operate from Serangoon North, where interns will gain real exposure to the commercial furniture industry, project coordination, and corporate client servicing.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in responding to client enquiries via email and phone
• Prepare and send quotations to corporate clients
• Follow up on quotations and customer requests
• Assist in basic furniture specifications and measurements
• Assist in furniture proposal, materials & col matching
• Support the team in coordinating project orders and deliveries
• Maintain proper records of enquiries and quotations
• Provide showroom support when clients visit

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Email)
• Able to understand basic measurements and dimensions
• Able to propose suitable furniture and materials
• Able to communicate professionally with clients
• Able to work independently and responsibly
• Ability to read layout plans is an advantage
