Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages according to SOP and quality standards to ensure product consistency
• Take customer orders accurately and handle cashiering duties efficiently to facilitate smooth transactions
• Deliver excellent customer service by engaging positively with customers and addressing their needs
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the outlet to comply with health and safety standards
• Replenish ingredients and organize stock to support uninterrupted service
• Support daily opening and closing operations to ensure readiness and proper shutdown of the outlet
• Collaborate effectively with team members to maintain smooth daily operations and resolve issues promptly
• Replenish ingredients and assist with stock arrangement
• Assist in inventory stock take and stock monitoring
