🔧What You’ll Be Doing:

Overseeall company finances– from daily bookkeeping to strategic financial reporting

Preparebudgets, forecasts, and monthly financial performance reports

Manageaccounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and credit systems

Supportaudit processesand ensure compliance with all relevant financial standards

Take full ownership of financial workflows —spot inefficiencies, drive improvements, and build robust systems

(Bonus) If experienced: support with German or EU tax/VAT compliance —but not mandatory

🎯Who We’re Looking For:

Degree inAccounting, Finance, or related field

3–5+ yearsof proven experience in accounting roles

Proficient inXero, QuickBooks, Zoho, or similar software

Fluent in English(spoken and written)

(Bonus)German languageis a plus, but not required

Meticulous, fast, and reliable withhigh personal accountability

Already in Balior ready to relocateimmediately
