We are looking for a highly motivated and service-oriented Front Office Supervisor to join our team!
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Front Desk Agent or Guest Service Agent in the hospitality industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Able to operate VHP system; experience with VHP is a strong advantage
professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong guest service mindset and problem-solving skills
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Familiar with front office procedures, cashiering, and handling guest complaints
Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a team of front office staff
Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills
