Position Summary The Front Office Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring excellent guest service, and supporting the Front Office Manager. This role involves supervising receptionists, handling guest concerns, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support receptionists in their daily tasks.
Ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience for guests.
Handle guest complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
Train and mentor front office staff to maintain service excellence.
Monitor reservations, room availability, and special guest requests.
Assist with billing, payment processing, and financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a front office or hospitality role.
Skills: Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred.
Knowledge: Familiarity with hotel management software and front office procedures.
