Siloam Hospitals Kebon Jeruk is a hospital strategically located in West Jakarta, next to the Jakarta-Merak toll road. Job Description

Melayani proses registrasi pasien dengan cepat, ramah, dan akurat.

Menangani proses pembayaran sesuai dengan prosedur dan memastikan keakuratan transaksi.

Memberikan informasi yang jelas dan lengkap kepada pasien, keluarga, dan pengunjung terkait layanan klinik.

Menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien dan memastikan administrasi dilakukan sesuai standar.

Menyediakan pelayanan prima untuk memastikan kepuasan pasien, keluarga, dan pengunjung.

Memastikan semua layanan front office sesuai dengan standar operasional klinik.

Qualifications

Minimal S1 semua jurusan

Pengalaman kerja min. 1 tahun bagian Customer Service / Registrasi

Menguasai Bahasa Inggris secara aktif (lisan dan tulisan)

Memiliki orientasi pelayanan pelanggan yang tinggi

Berpenampilan rapi, menarik, dan profesional

Menguasai Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) dengan baik

Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift dan ditempatkan di Jakarta.
