:
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures.
- Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and accurately.
- Ensure a seamless and memorable guest experience.
:
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language (Balinese language is a plus).
- Strong computer skills, including knowledge of hotel reservation systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
- Friendly demeanor, teamwork skills, and ability to think quickly in changing situations.
