Position : Night Receptionist

Position Summary: The Night Receptionist serves as the main contact for guests during nighttime hours, ensuring smooth front desk operations and excellent guest service. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to handle guest needs and emergencies calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and manage late check-ins or early check-outs.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints during the night shift.

Process payments, prepare daily reports, and complete night audit tasks.

Coordinate with housekeeping and security to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.

Manage room reservations, extensions, and cancellations.

Ensure accurate handover and communication with the morning team.

Promote guest satisfaction by encouraging positive reviews and personalized service.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or villa environment.

Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities; able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Knowledge: Familiar with hotel PMS systems, night audit process, and guest service standards.

Others: Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours or night shifts.
