- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Pelamar harus memiliki KTP
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp4,500,000 per bulan

Position Summary: Receptionist is the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm welcome and assisting with their needs. This role ensures efficient front desk operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests and handle check-in/check-out procedures professionally.
Manage room reservations and update guest records.
Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and recommendations.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Handle guest complaints and escalate unresolved issues.
Ensure front desk area is organized and presentable.
Promote guest reviews and encourage name mentions in feedback.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a customer service or front office role.
Skills: Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Education: Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
Knowledge: Proficiency in hotel software and guest service standards.
