- Sabtu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Minggu: Pagi, Siang, Sore
- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
- Gaji yang diinginkan: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per bulan
ANV Hospitality Group is looking for Front Desk Supervisor to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Assist the Operational Manager/General Manager in the daily running of the surf camp
Supervise the front desk staff and ensure that they provide excellent customer service
Monitor daily operations of the front desk team
Manage guest reservations and answer emails
Resolving guest requests and handling complaints
Scheduling, upselling, and controlling activities in the surf camp
Communicate with the guests
Requirements:
Fluent in written and verbal English
Proven working as a Front Desk Supervisor, Reservations or similar role
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Solid experience with reservation software and POS systems
Positive and outgoing personality
Proven leadership and organizational skills
Capable of working under pressure, dealing with complaints and multitasking
Availability for flexible working hours
Open for both Indonesian and Expats
