Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth patient flow, accurate billing, and clear communication.
Greet patients warmly upon arrival.
Verify appointment and patient details.
Register walk-ins if needed.
Guide patients through check-out and follow-up scheduling.
Prepare invoices accurately.
Collect payments (cash, card, digital) and explain charges.
Record all transactions properly.
Perform end-of-day closing and balance collections.
Review first call or initial consultation notes.
Explain treatment plan, instructions, and next steps to patients.
Address basic patient questions or direct to appropriate staff.
Schedule appointments efficiently.
Send timely reminders to patients (calls, messages, email).
Respond promptly to enquiries via phone, email, or messaging.
Provide accurate information or direct queries appropriately.
Send refinement plans to patients.
Follow up on pending aligners and schedule appointments.
Track second-phase treatment appointments.
Update aligners tracking sheet (including 2nd appointment notes).
Maintain accurate patient records.
Ensure consistent patient engagement and treatment continuity.
