Job Description

Part-Time PowerPoint Assistant ($18/hr)

The Role:I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented freelancer to assist in preparing professional business presentation decks. This role focuses on formal tenders and business proposals where clarity, logic, and accuracy are the top priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data into Visuals:Transform raw data and notes into clean, professionalgraphs, charts, and diagrams.
• Deck Formatting:Ensure all slides have consistent fonts, perfectly aligned boxes, and a uniform professional look.
• Tender Support:Help format high-stakes proposals to ensure they are easy for clients to read and understand.
• Confidentiality:You will be handling sensitive business data; a signedNon-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)is required.

Requirements:

• PowerPoint Skills:High proficiency in usingSlide Masters, tables, and drawing toolsto create diagrams (animation skills arenotrequired).
• Location:Work must be donein-office at 6 Serangoon North Ave 5for the initial phase.
• Attention to Detail:A sharp eye for catching typos or formatting inconsistencies.

Pay & Hours:

• Rate:$18 per hour.
• Schedule:Project-based / Casual (on an as-needed basis as tenders arise).
