PT. Makanan Minuman Nusantara Group (Chong Qing Hot Pot) sedang membuka lowongan untuk posisi Penuh waktu Food Safety Superintendent di Grogol Sel., Daerah Khusus Ibukota Jakarta. Lamar sekarang untuk menjadi bagian dari tim kami.

- Diperlukan 2-3 tahun pengalaman kerja yang relevan untuk posisi ini
Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of food preparation, hygiene, and kitchen practices
Monitor final product quality
Identify deviations from standards and recommend corrective actions
Maintain QC records and ensure adherence to SOPs and critical control points (CCPs)
Support quality audits and readiness for branch openings
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Hospitality, or a relevan field
At least 1 year of experience in quality control or food production role
Strong attention to detail and problem solving mindset
Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operation
Willing to work on site and travel to branches if required
