We are seeking an energetic, leadership-driven, and operationally strong individual to join our team as a Floor Supervisor.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and oversee the daily operations on the sales floor/work area to ensure efficiency and smooth workflow.
Manage, train, and motivate the on-floor team (cashiers, servers, display staff) to achieve high performance standards.
Ensure excellent customer service standards are met and handle escalated customer complaints.
Oversee and manage inventory control, product display, and adherence to company standards regarding area organization.
Conduct quality control and workplace safety checks in the assigned area.
Prepare daily and weekly reports related to operational performance.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a Supervisor or Field Coordinator role (preferably in the F&B industry).
Able to work under pressure, meet targets, and willing to work in shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
Possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in operating software, e.g., Point of Sales (POS) systems or Microsoft Office Suite.
