Job Title: Floor Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Floor Supervisor to join our resort team. The role involves leading and managing floor operations across F&B outlets, ensuring excellent guest service, coaching staff, and maximizing revenue through upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations of F&B outlets including restaurants, beach clubs, and in-room dining.

Lead, coach, and train floor staff to maintain service standards.

Ensure high-quality guest experiences and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.

Implement upselling and cross-selling strategies for F&B, spa packages, room upgrades, and resort activities.

Conduct daily briefings, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance.

Coordinate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure seamless service.

Monitor inventory, POS systems, and cash handling to maintain operational efficiency.

Maintain records of guest feedback, upselling performance, and daily operational reports.

Ensure adherence to hygiene, safety, and resort service standards.

Requirements:

Minimum D3/S1 in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

At least 2 years of experience in a Floor Supervisor or similar role in resort or hotel.

Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills.

Proven ability in upselling and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent guest service orientation and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and cash handling.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
