We are looking for a proactive and experienced Floor Manager / Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our venue. This role is essential in ensuring service excellence, smooth workflows, and effective team coordination to deliver the best customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth and efficient daily operations on the floor.

Lead and manage the service team (waitstaff, bar, kitchen, cashier).

Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

Handle shift scheduling, daily briefings, and operational reporting.

Resolve guest complaints professionally and effectively.

Work closely with management to meet sales targets and customer satisfaction goals.

Monitor cleanliness, safety, and readiness of operational equipment.

Qualifications:

Minimum high school diploma (Associate/Bachelor's degree preferred).

At least 2 years of experience in a similar operational leadership role.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Able to work under pressure and in shift-based schedules.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Experience in F&B or hospitality industry is a strong advantage.
