FLOOR MANAGER

• 5 days on, 2 off

• Be able to run a very busy floor and maximize seats / turn tables

• Be able to lead a team

• Knowledge of f&b costings reporting, inventory

• Highly organized

• Able to train team

• Excellent customer service skills

All salaries are based on experience. Higher salaries provided to those with more experience.
