Job Description :

Collaborate with Store Manager for smooth Operations,

Manage and motivate staff to increase sales,

Manage FB Service staff to get good and comfortable service from visitors,

Manage FB Service staff to be able to multitask in operations,

Ensure the implementation of opening duties and closing duties are carried out correctly and on time in accordance with applicable standards in the company,

Ensure the completeness of the side station in each section such as silverware, chinaware, paper napkins (tissues), guest groceries, materials & supplies,

Know the conditions, situations and programs/promotions at the outlet,

Responsible for service quality standards or services in accordance with applicable standards in the company,

Handle guidance and training of new employees in the FB Service section,

Provide FB Service staff assessment reports to the Store Manager,

Record reports of found items belonging to guests by filling out the lost and found form,

Handle guest complaints directly and provide solutions to guest complaints in accordance with applicable standards in the company,

Report all field constraints to the Store Manager,

Conducting Stock Opname on the last day of each month,

Recording stock and raw material needs in the service section which are reported to the Store Manager,

Recording in the log-book related to the running of operations in the service section area.
