Job description for Fitness Personal Trainer at GOFIT Choa Chu Kang
What you'll be doing
Develop personalised fitness programmes and training plans for clients based on their individual needs, goals and abilities
Deliver high-quality one-on-one personal training sessions, providing expert guidance, motivation and support
Conduct fitness assessments and measurements to track client progress
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
Maintain detailed records of client progress and programme adjustments
Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the fitness centre
Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all clients to maintain our service standards
Class Hosting once a week.
What we're looking for
Relevant certifications in personal training, fitness instruction or a related field
ACE, NCSF, ACSM, NSCA or equivalent cert required.
No experience are welcome.
Strong knowledge of human anatomy, exercise physiology and training principles
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and motivate clients
Ability to design and implement tailored fitness programmes to help clients achieve their goals
Passion for health, fitness and helping others live their best lives
Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive training environment
