📍 About the role

LUI TIONG FISHERY is looking for a Fish Cutter / Seafood Assistant to join our team in Toa Payoh. This is a full-time role for someone who is willing to learn, enjoys hands-on work, and can work in a fast-paced wet market environment. Training is provided for candidates with a good attitude and willingness to learn.

🔪 What you’ll do

Cut and prepare seafood products

Pack, weigh, and arrange seafood

Load and unload goods

Maintain a clean and organised work area

Assist and serve customers in-store

✅ What we’re looking for

Comfortable working in a wet market environment

Basic knife skills preferred

Positive attitude and willing to learn

Able to work in a fast-paced setting

Good communication and basic math skills
