Job Description :

Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts (weekly & monthly) and plan optimal payment timing, including foreign exchange considerations.

Manage banking facilities (e.g., LC, BG, credit lines) and ensure utilization aligns with approved limits.

Execute all payments (supplier & non-supplier) accurately and on time, including invoice processing and expense claims in compliance with company SOP.

Monitor bank balances, control cash (physical & records), and ensure incoming payments align with issued invoices.

Verify bank payment vouchers and perform daily bank reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations (including DHE/DHI reporting) and prepare financial reports for banking, insurance, and appraisal purposes.

Requirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance / Accounting roles.

Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Solid understanding of payment processes, cash flow management, and bank reconciliation.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written
