We are seeking a highly capable Finance Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker) to oversee the company's financial operations and support communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders. The ideal candidate must possess strong financial and accounting expertise, leadership skills, and professional proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written). This role requires close coordination with management, business partners, and overseas teams to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage daily finance and accounting operations.
Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits.
Communicate and collaborate with Mandarin-speaking management, clients, vendors, and business partners.
Translate and interpret financial information, reports, and business communications when required.
Identify process improvements and strengthen internal financial controls.
Lead and develop finance team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken, reading, and writing) is mandatory.
Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders in a professional business environment.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and financial analysis.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Accounting systems.
Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
