Job Description:
1. Manage financial closing process and prepare monthly management accounts
2. Handle end-to-end accounts payable and receivable processes.
3. Manage customer invoices and collection efficiently. Need to work closely with the sales team.
4. Prepare and submit quarterly GST Form 5 filing with IRAS.
5. Assist in implementing and maintain accounting processes and report procedures to comply with internal control requirements.
6. Ensure preparation of all supporting information for the annual audit and liaise with auditor as necessary.
7. Oversee daily financial operations.
8. Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
· Possess Degree in Accounting.
· Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
· Good communication skills and able to handle all stakeholders with confidence.
· Preferably able to converse effectively in both English and Mandarin (we have Chinese suppliers)
· Proficient in MS Office (Must be strong in Microsoft Excel)
· Able to work independently and resourcefully in a fast-paced environment.
