Responsibilities:

Perform installation, commissioning, and on-site training in accordance with project requirements

Deliver timely technical support, troubleshooting, and field service to ensure equipment is fully operational

Support a wide range of diesel generator sets (small to large capacity) for service and training purposes

Maintain and ensure all technical and training documentation is accurate, updated, and well-organized

Conduct technical training for distributors and dealers to enhance service and troubleshooting capabilities

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key customers to ensure effective issue resolution

Provide technical support for factory testing of special projects

Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and recommend effective solutions

Handle warranty-related technical assessments and support resolution processes

Perform any other service, technical, or training duties as assigned

Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience

Willing to travel within Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia region as required

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and task-oriented mindset

Customer-focused with strong service orientation and enthusiasm for power generation systems

Experience with engines such as MHI, MTU, John Deere, or Volvo is an advantage

Strong team player with good communication skills and ability to work independently
