KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor the performance of contractors and technicians to ensure they meet quality standards and project timelines.

Source and evaluate vendors and contractors to establish reliable partnerships for villa maintenance and improvement projects.

Collaborate with the Villa Manager to conduct thorough inspections and audits of the villas, ensuring quality and safety standards compliance.

Monitor on-site situations to identify any issues or areas for improvement in villa operations and maintenance.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to enhance service delivery and guest satisfaction in the villas.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum bachelor's degree.

Have 3 years of experience in the same field.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.

Customer services oriented, creative, and initiative.

Good analytical thinking, problem-solving, and responsibility.

Understanding of hospitality quality control processes and standards in the hospitality industry.
