Rishworth is seeking an experienced FBO Operations & Safety Manager to lead and manage all aspects of ground and flight operations. This role is responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and efficient ramp, airside, and flight concierge services while ensuring the highest standards of operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

This is based at Seletar Airport, offering the opportunity to play a key leadership role within a dynamic FBO environment, working closely with operational teams, airport authorities, and key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage day‑to‑day FBO ground and flight operations, including ramp handling, flight concierge services, airside activities, and operational planning to deliver safe and efficient service.
  
• Serve as the primary liaison with airport authorities, security agencies, and third‑party providers, ensuring full regulatory compliance and effective coordination.
  
• Oversee customer service excellence, managing complaints, ensuring audit compliance, and continuously enhancing the ground handling experience.
  
• Manage, train, and develop ramp and flight ops teams, including rostering, staffing, performance management, training programs, and staff welfare.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in FBO or aviation operations management
  
• Strong operational safety and compliance background
  
• Demonstrated leadership capability
