Job description for F & B Service Staff at Temasek Club
Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day operations in F&B outlets (serving, taking orders, clearing, issue Karaoke room remote controller, simple food preparation, prepare cocktails and ensure standard maintained, etc.).
Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar on a daily basis. Requisitioning and stock of all beer, wine, spirits, straws, stirrers, snacks, soft drinks, juices and updating of Outlets stocks inventory.
Input orders into Point of Sales (POS) machine, maintain accountability of all beverages and food served. Billing to members/guests.
Assist in organizing annual events, theme nights and banquet events.
Maintain good customer relations, project courteous and hospitable attitude at all times.
Maintain cleanlines of all F&B outlets and bar counters.
Places of work include Laager, The Outpost, KTV, RV, and Banquet as assigned by the Management, along with performing any other tasks as and when assigned.
