What We Offer

We are looking for an F&B Operator to support the daily operations of our beachfront dining and beverage experience at Summerhouse Beach Club. This role is responsible for delivering friendly and efficient service while maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards across the outlet.

• Provide welcoming and professional customer service to all guests
• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and assist guests with menu enquiries
• Prepare and handle food and beverages in accordance with company and food safety standards
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards across dining and service areas
• Support daily opening and closing duties of the outlet
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory handling when required
• Ensure smooth coordination with kitchen and operational teams during service periods
• Handle guest feedback or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary
• Support general outlet operations and assist team members as required
• Positive attitude with good customer service skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and outdoor beachfront environment
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays
• Prior experience in F&B, hospitality, café, or customer service is an advantage
• Basic food hygiene knowledge or certification is preferred
• 5-days work week
