We are looking for a Café Manager who is experienced, proactive, and capable of leading daily operations effectively. If you have a strong passion for the F&B industry and excellent management skills, we’d love to meet you!
Qualifications:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Supervisor/Manager in a café or restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage a team and maintain high service standards
Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
Honest, disciplined, and responsible
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily café operations
Ensure high-quality service and product standards
Manage team schedules and staff performance
Monitor inventory and stock levels
Prepare reports and achieve assigned KPIs
